Hello Sam and welcome to the support forums. I should probably create a separate forum so that new members can introduce themselves and maybe highlight their business.....

If we manage your hosting, backups will occur each and every Sunday in order to minimize any potential disruption to sites. Customers who manage their own hosting account will have access to a backup function within their own control panel. From here they will be able to make backups whenever they wish.
