Bendigo Web Design is proud of the support it offers its customers. It is what sets us apart from the average provider in regional Victoria.
We offer several means of support which are listed below:
- FAQ – An ever growing list of the most Frequently Asked Questions.
- Live Chat – You may chat live with a representative by clicking on the link found at the bottom right of the screen. If we are offline, you may leave a message.
- Blog - Check out our blog for the latest news, service updates and special offers.
- QandA – Try our Q and A widget found on the right side of several pages. This widget give anyone the opportunity to ask and answer questions posted.
- Email – You are welcome to email your enquiry using the contact form found on the Contact page.
- Phone – Telephone enquiries are welcome between 9am and 6pm Mon to Fri. Details can be found on our Contact page.
- Other – There are a numerous ways to communicate from MSN and ICQ to GTalk and Skype, any of which we are happy to accommodate should you prefer. Unfortunately, we no longer use pigeons!
- Telepathy – We’re good but we’re not that good!
